Dream big, fly high

Welp, I haven't been around for a while. Getting back into drawing after so much time is fun but annoying because I found myself not being able to do stuff the same way I did before hiatus. But yeah, college is exhausting and when one is in science field one does not have much spare time for hobbies. But I do sketch here and there. Yeah, I'm writing stuff totally irrelevant with this drawing.

This is my part for 3rd gen collab! 
Not completely satisfied with how this turned out but the more I was "fixing" it the more I started to ruin it so better upload it before it lose any resemblance with what I wanted to achieve. xD
Knocked myself out with the backgorund heh (reference was of course used)
Bagon has the best shiny form because GREEN COLOR FOR DA WIIIIIN
